Each recipe serves 1
ANGEL EYES
1 and 1/2 oz. Bacardi white rum1 and 1/2 oz. apricot brandy1/2-oz. lime juice1/2-oz. triple sec1/4-oz. grenadine
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon.

1 and 1/2 oz. coconut rum1 oz. apricot brandy3 oz. pineapple juice1 oz. blue cura�ao
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a hurricane or other tall glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
